Todd, Will and Ian ran an overnighter to the Washington Canyon and it was a darn parking lot. With the flat sea conditions and a Saturday night it was chaos. We had our regular Pasadena crew and whacked every species. Hit the lobster balls and bailed 14 mahi. Had a 175# Blue Marlin jump off at dusk. Got our first BE bite right after that and a weekend warrior Grady cut him off. Another bigeye bite and pulled the hook with leader in hand! Set the chunk and the skippies were thick and next thing you know the YFT’s were mixed in, tunas under the boat darting for the chunks, what a good time, released 20 shorts and had 11 keepers, all on light tackle spinners.
Thursday/Friday, September 3-4, 2015 – 30 hour overnighter – Need 3 Anglers/ $525 per person/ weekday bite! fewer boats = more fish! Leave Thursday at 9am and return Friday at 3pm.
