Fishing Report For: July 7, 2015

We left at 9am from Ocean City, MD on Monday, July 6th for an overnight trip to the Washington Canyon. Had some great luck bringing in tilefish up to 30# waiting on the bigeye bite. We started trolling about 4pm and had our first bigeye bite at 7pm. Another at 8pm and a double at 9pm. Total of 3 for 4 on the bigeyes ranging from 150#- 200#, paddled to the fingers at midnight and hooked up with 2 bluefins at 530 and 630 am. Fish were 40-50#. Bigeye bites were on ballyhoo with red/white skirt and blue/ white skirt. Bluefins hit ballyhoo with Joe Shute red head and white skirt and a green bar. Mako was eating tuna at boat.

• August 26 (Wed) – 12 hour trip – need 1 angler/ $325 per person
• September 6-7 (Sun- Mon, Labor Day weekend) – 30 hour trip – need 5 anglers/ $525 per person
